Azerbaijan's State Committee on Securities monitors securities market

As the result of the monitoring some irregularities have been found concerning the work of Stock trade center, ADB Broker Limited Liability Company, UniBank Commercial Bank and requisitions have been sent to those organizations.

This year, the work of Rabitebank JOSC has been monitored. The monitoring proved that Rabitebank OJSC builds its work basing on the demands of normative-legal acts. But some deficiencies have been found and committee has sent requisition for the company to eliminate the problems, ASCS told the APA.
