He said that he got the court's decision several days ago and is now analyzing it, APA reports.
"After analyzing the document we will make a decision on filing an appeal against it," he said.
Though there is no time limit in filing the appeal in Hungary, Shirinov considers that the appeal should be fled as soon as possible.
"We will file the appeal by June. We will make a decision with regard to it after analyzing the document," he said.
Ramil Safarov, was accused of murdering Armenian officer Gurgen Markaryan and sentenced to life in jail by Budapest Court on April 13, 2006.
