Ramiz Mehdiyev's book to be presented

The book covers the topical issues of democracy and global development, APA reports.

The author analyzes democracy in the historical development process, stresses the desire of civilizations for “peoples’ power” and offers a short futurological introduction to the social-political perspective of Azerbaijan. The book answers the questions of "what is the power and politics", "what is their part in the organization and regulation of social life" implementing analytical method of political situation. It also gives the definition of theoretical basis of contemporary democracy in the period of transition from the point of view of the realities of Azerbaijan.

The author focuses on the "democratic waves", "velvet revolutions", the development perspectives of the post Soviet countries and the attempts of changing the trajectory of the evolutional development by the scenario.
