Preliminary court proceeding on Eynulla Fatullayev's appeal fixed to May 18

Preliminary court proceeding on the appeal of Eynulla Fatulayev, founder and chief editor of newspapers Gundalik Azerbaijan and Realni Azerbaijan is to be held on May 18.

Appeal Court told APA appeal case will be considered under the chairmanship of Judge Hamid Hamidov.

Eynulla Fatullayev was sentenced to two and a half year in jail by the suit of Khodjali IDPs.
