Moscow State University to open Baku branch

Russia's Education Minister Andrey Fursenko will visit Azerbaijan in the second half of May.

The main issue to be descussed in the framework of cooperation will be the opening of Baku branch of Moscow State University. Preliminary agreement on the issue has already been concluded between the two countries.

Fursenko visited Azerbaijan on March 1-3. Azerbaijani Education Minister Misir Mardanov and Fursenko supported the idea of opening branches of Azerbaijani higher schools in Russia. APA
