Earthquake in north of Azerbaijan

Earth tremors occurred in the regions Guba, Gusar and Khachmaz at about 10.26 today, Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences Seismological Service Center informs.

The earthquake of magnitude 3 occurred in Guba, and of magnitude 2.5 in Gusar and Khachmaz regions.

Deputy Director of Seismological Service Center Gurban Yetirmishli told the APA that it is a natural process.

"These tremors fill underground holes and this is good," he said.
