Scientists are investigating mass graves in Guba and Neftchala. Officials of Archeology and Ethnography Institute and medical examiners of the Health Ministry are mainly involved in the case, Azerbaijani Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov said.

The prosecutor general said that they will jointly analyze the case after the investigations are over. "Only after that we can comment on the case," he said, APA reports.
