Map of Azerbaijan's historical monuments to be worked out

The state committee of land and cartography in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism is developing a map of historical monuments of Azerbaijan, as reported by the chairman of the committee Garib Mamedov.
He said the Ministry has already submitted the list of monuments to the committee. "Azerbaijan accounts for over 6,000 historical monuments. It will take time to study and fix them on the map".

According to the chairman, the preparation of the map will finish within a year.
