Activist of movement for rights of South Azerbaijanis goes on hunger strike in Iranian prison

One of the activist of the movement for rights of South Azerbaijanis Firuz Yusifi has gone on hunger strike at Evin prison in Teheran, reports Day.Az with reference to Mediaforum.
As is reported, activist Yusifi went on hunger strike as a protest against extremely unsatisfactory conditions in his jail. Activist's mother was not allowed to see her son. Yusifi was subjected to physical and psychological pressure.

Firuz Yusifi was notably arrested in Caraj city 11 days ago.
