2009 announced as Year of Child in Azerbaijan

President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan issued an Executive Order on announcing the forthcoming 2009 as the Year of Child.
The relevant state committee and other related departments of country, as well as the Cabinet are assigned to undertake appropriate measures to implement the Presidential Executive Order.

The Executive Order comes into effect on the signing day.
