President of Azerbaijan offers condolences to Ukrainian counterpart

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a letter of condolences to his Ukrainian counterpart Viktor Yushchenko over the loss of lives in an apartment block blast in Evpatoria city of the country.
"I was deeply grieved to learn about loss of many human lives caused by explosion at an apartment block in Evpatoria. On behalf of myself and the people of Azerbaijan I extend my heartfelt sympathy and condolence to you, and the families and relatives of the dead," the Azerbaijani leader said in the message.
