"In particular, Stepan Shaomyan and several other Armenians were not shot down. They were brought to India, which was a British colony at that time and died in their bed. The fact is that not all 26 commissars were buried in Baku", said he.
The deputy noted that after restoration of Azerbaijan's independence this part of history was not studied by historians and this remains a problem.
