Kamil Salimov: "Why would Russia terminate the Azerbaijani general?"

According to him, we need to be extremely cautious here, as the Russian-Azerbaijani interstate relations are implied.

"During the five day war  in the South Caucasus, Russian special services could have terminated the senior officials of Georgia. But this was not done. Why would Russia have terminated the Azerbaijani general? But this does not mean that the complicity of the Russian special forces to the murder will be excluded from the list of versions,  which would include commercial motives by the way.
