Azerbaijani Council of Press to hold monitoring of media on observation of ethical norms in their materials

Azerbaijani Council of Press intends to implement a new project called "How ethical norms are observed in written medias of Azerbaijan", says the report of the Council of Press.
The message states that this project envisions holding a monitoring of the materials of over 60 mass medias, including newspapers, magazines, news agencies and news portals.

"While holding a monitoring the reliability and accuracy of information, mass media attitude towards news sources, including protection of honor and dignity,privacy right and others will be taken into account", says the statement.

As is reported, this project will be implemented under financial support of the US embassy to Azerbaijan.
