Cruel beating of an Azerbaijani recorded on mobile phone in Moscow

A group of teenagers at the age of 15-19 attacked quietly walking Azerbaijani Mahir Guliyev (conditional name) in one of the parks of North-Eastern administrative region of Moscow on February 14, according to victim's side.
"8-10 people suddenly attacked the man. They pulled him to the ground and started to beat cruelly shouting out: "kill him", "Russia for Russians". A girl was capturing this beating on the mobile phone. The man managed to pour from a gas balloon into the face of one of the attackers. Fortunately, by this he managed to escape from the offenders", said the sources.

An appeal was immediately filed to the law enforcement bodies, yet, as is reported the police does not take any serious steps to search the criminals.
