Issue of quality of Internet services in Azerbaijan might be considered in court

He said the forum he is currently heading holds a monitoring of the quality of virtual communication. Shortages are revealed, including the low speed of connection to the Internet, as well as frequent disconnection.

"We will have to file a claim to the court against providers, who make shortcomings, as the violation of virtual rights of Azerbaijani users has become common", said he.

Gunduz stated that the officials of the Ministry of communication- the structure, regulating this segment need to be present at the court hearing.

Yet the Ministry of communication considers that the issue of the low quality internet must be settled between the users and a provider.

"If a user has problems with connection and use of Internet, he can file a claim to the court against the provider, supplying services to him", said chief of department on Information sector development of the Ministry of communication Rufat Gulmamedov.
