President of Azerbaijan attended the ground-breaking ceremony of the Center of Transport Operations Intellectual Regulation, according to the official website of the President of Azerbaijan.

The head of the state first familiarized with the model of the center. The president was informed in details about the projects and functions of the Center.

The head of the state inserted capsula into the building foundation and poured concrete solution.
