Earthquake shakes north-western Azerbaijan

National Seismological Service has informed that tremor measured 3 on Richter scale.
An earthquake has taken place nearby Azerbaijani-Georgian border some 24 kilometers west to Balaken region at around 08.32am today. The General Director of the Seismological Service under the National Academy of Sciences Gurban Yetirmishli informed ANS that the tremor measured 3 on Richter scale. No causalities are being reported.
