Azerbaijani Irali Public Union launches "Stop Terrorism" action

Three working groups have been organized as part of the "Stop Terrorism" action.

According to preliminary investigation, minimum 13 people were killed and 18 wounded as the result of the shooting in the second building of the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy, Trend News correspondent quoted Law Enforcements Department as saying.

Thirteen people have been delivered to the Musa Nagiyev Clinical Hospital. Seven of them died.

The armed man opened fire at the second building of the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy. The offender was neutralized, Trend News correspondent reported from the scene of the incident.

Deputy Internal Minister Vilayat Eyvazov confirmed the information. According to unofficial information, the offender committed a suicide

The PU said the first working group will monitor state of the people injured in this incident, support the injured people's blood and other medical needs and render a moral support to their relatives.

The second working group will provide the "Irali" members' participation in the tragedy victims' mourning ceremony and morally support relatives of the tragedy victims.

The third working group will surround the Oil Academy, light candles with youth's mass participation and put carnations in memory of the victims of the bloody incident in evening on May 1.
