Searches held at houses of suspects of committing shooting at Azerbaijan Oil Academy

The houses of Nadir Aliyev and Javidan Amirov, who were detained for the mass killing at Azerbaijan State Oil Academy, in Dashtepe Village of Marneuli region, Georgia were searched by the officers of Azerbaijan and Georgian prosecutor’s offices.
Local executive authority Vidadi Hasanov told APA nothing was found in both houses. Prosecutor of Marneuli region, representative of the Georgian Republican Prosecutor, officials of the Azerbaijani embassy in Georgia also attended the searches.

Nadir Aliyev’s brother Namig Aliyev told APA correspondent journalists were not allowed to enter the houses during the searches. He said the searchers asked him about the relations of his brother with Ferda Gadirov. “I told them that they could meet as villagers, but my brother had no close relation with Ferda. The searches also showed that my brother is not guilty”.

The representatives of the prosecutor’s offices of Azerbaijan and Georgia searched the Ferda Gadirov’s house in Dashtepe Village and found the document of the gun he used during the mass killing at the Oil Academy.
