President of Azerbaijan signed an order on the determination of authorities under the International Convention "On the Suppression of Acts of Nuclear Terrorism"

President of Azerbaijan Republic signed an order on the definition of the authorities provided for in paragraph 4 of Article 7 of the International Convention "On the Suppression of Acts of Nuclear Terrorism", approved by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic on December 2nd, 2008 No. 725-IIIQ, the state news agency AzerTaj reported.

According to the decree, the authorities under the International Convention "On the Suppression of Acts of Nuclear Terrorism" are the Ministry of National Security of Azerbaijan Republic and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan instructed to send respective notification to the Secretary General of the United Nations.
