Azerbaijani living in Germany attempted twice to commit suicide outside European Court of Human Rights

Azerbaijani Rustam Ismayil, who lives in Germany, attempted to commit suicide outside the European Court of Human Rights, APA’s Europe bureau reports.
Rustam Ismayil poured the petrol on himself and attempted to ignite it. The suicide attempt was prevented by fire-fighters. Then the Azerbaijani received a blue pill. He was offered the first medical aid. Doctors examined him and said it posed no hazard to his life. The doctors said it was not known yet what medicine Rustam Ismayil received. Later he was taken to hospital. He is under doctors’ control now.
Azerbaijani citizen Rustam Ismayil, who has the right of permanent residence, was born in Goychay in 1970. In 1998 he left for Germany as a tourist. At present Rustam Ismayil suffers 16 diseases – AIDS, infarction, tuberculosis, depression, chronic prostatitis, second grade reflection, chronic hepatitis A, syphilis, haemorrhoids etc. In 1998 he lost his documents in Germany. Despite serious pneumonia, he did not receive medical aid, was illegally expelled. He was beaten by the police in 1999. He said German courts even banned him from going to doctors within 5 years.
Rustam Ismayil demands courts to urgently send him to another European country to begin treatment. He demands ? 50 million as pecuniary and nonpecuniary damage.
