Rector: We are proud of Aysel Teymourzadeh as she is a student of Azerbaijan University of Languages

“We were always proud of Aysel Teymourzadeh and now we proudly say that Aysel, who conquered the Europe, is the most talented student of the international relations faculty of the University of Languages”, rector of the Azerbaijan University of Languages Samad Seyidov told APA speaking about Aysel Teymourzadeh’s success at the Eurovision 2009 Song Contest. “It is not a simple contest victory. It is very great achievement in the most prestigious music festival of the Europe – Eurovision. The third place is a great victory for us in fact because the Azerbaijani music, Azerbaijani culture and Azerbaijani development supported it. Every country and every people is developing and getting the opportunity to introduce its values to the world and when we see our child to achieve the highest results, we confirm once again that Azerbaijan is a country developing at a high level”. Seyidov said all students were happy for the Aysel’s success. He said there would be special meeting with Aysel at the university. “If it is possible we would like to meet with Arash too. Aysel is a student of our university, she was growing here and therefore the university will welcome her here”.
