Web-site formed for State Program on Azerbaijani youth's study abroad

The site aims to become familiar with the rules for selecting people seeking to study abroad as part of the state program, inform about students receiving education abroad and providing graduates with work abroad as part of the program.

The Ministry of Education created the Web-site www.xaricdetehsil.edu.gov.az as part of implementing the State program on the Azerbaijani youth's study abroad in 2007-2015.

The electronic database includes the legal regulations concerning the state program, the rules for selection of students, relevant ads and information on graduates and students.

At present, 186 Azerbaijanis are studying at 81 universities in 17 countries around the world as part of the state program. The advantage of the program is that all expenses are paid by the government.
