Eight Azerbaijani citizens - crew members of the Mira vessel detained in India's territorial water can return to the motherland in next two or three days.

The Indian migration service issued papers to the Azerbaijani seamen on May 22, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Official Elkhan Polukhov told Trend News.
Mira vessel owned by a Turkish company was sold by bank for the debts to the Indian government as scrap metal. But two more co-owners of the appeared who did not agree with the decision of the bank and filed a suit in court. The case is still in the Indian court and vessel will be held in the territorial waters of India until court issues a decision.
The Azerbaijani citizens will leave India immediately after receiving the papers, Polukhov said.
At present, the seamen are located in one of hotels in the Tandnagar city.
A 24-people crew of the Mira vessel came ashore with permission of the Indian Foreign Ministry on May 20.
