Schoolboy faces charges in Baku

The court was presided by judge Ilgar Murguzov.

Under the verdict, Orkhan Musazade is found guilty of the charges and sentenced to four months in prison.

Under the materials of the criminal case, on February 14 of 2009 schoolboy Orkhan Musazade called to the secretariat of school No 12 in Mingechevir from his cell phone and informed Sevinc Behbudova that there was a bomb in the building.

After the anonymous call Behbudova informed the school directorate about it. Officers of police and Ministry of Emergency were called to the spot. It was found during the search that information is untrue.

At the court Orkhan Musazade pledged guilty of the charges. When asked why he did that Orkhan Musazade said he wanted to play a joke on his loved one.

He was charged under article 216 (deliberate disinformation about act of terrorism) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
