Azerbaijani diaspora holds round table in Berlin

Novosti Azerbaijan quoted Azerbaijani State Diaspora Committee as saying.

The round table focused on expanding and deepening cooperation between Azerbaijani and Turkish diasporas, intensifying measures to educate German public about Azerbaijan and taking joint lobbyist action.  

It was proposed during the meeting to organize historical, cultural and national events. The diaspora members decided to hold number of historical symposium and workshop and cultural exhibitions.

The round table also focused on problems of Germany-born Azerbaijani and Turkish youth who also study there and involving them with work of diaspora organizations.
