Azerbaijani detained by rackets in Moscow released

Moscow militia released an Azerbaijani man captured by rackets for ransom.
Azerbaijani man pleaded with the Yasneve police department recently saying that his brother has been kidnapped.

They kidnappers demanded ransom of $15.5 to release him.

Police arrested the kidnappers while receiving ransom and released the hostage.

Blackmailers are reported to be four men from Azerbaijan and Dagestan.
