Poverty rate reduced in Azerbaijan

“Poverty rate has reduced 12 percent in Azerbaijan thanks to government’s successful policy,” Azerbaijani parliament’s social policy committee chair Hadi Rajabli said.
He said the country is successfully implementing the program on poverty reduction and socio-economic development in regions, ruling New Azerbaijan Party press service said.

“The poverty has reduced significantly in the country in recent years,” Rajabli said.
