Azerbaijani president decrees to approve financial monitoring service under Central Bank

The Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed the decree by approving financial monitoring service under the Azerbaijani Central Bank on July 16, AzerTaj state information agency said.

Upon the President's decree, the Central Bank must approve structure and staff schedule of financial monitoring service within 15 days and own powers to solve other issues proceeding from the decree

The Cabinet of Ministers is charged to submit the President proposals to bring current legislation in accordance with this decree during a month.

It is also charged to bring normative-legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers and corresponding agencies of executive power and give report to the President upon the decree.
