Azerbaijani ombudsman administration monitors detention facility

Representatives of the Azerbaijan Ombudsman Administration performed a monitoring at the detention facility at the Penal Service of the Justice Ministry today.
The Ombudsman Administration representatives met with the prisoners and explained their rights.

The arrested did not complain of jail conditions and treatment of jailors. However, one of the prisoners complained of a impartial investigation.
