Qarabagh’s FC victory enables Azerbaijan to improve position in UEFA co-efficient ranking

Azerbaijan has left behind Hungary thanks to Qarabagh’s victory over Rusenborg which brought 0.250 points to Azerbaijan.

Now Azerbaijan has 4.748 points.

If Azerbaijan fails in the coming matches, it can be left behind by Lichtenstein (4.500), Kazakhstan (4.374) and Estonia (4.249). Each of these countries has only one team left in the European League. So, it will be difficult for them to outperform Azerbaijan or Hungary.

Now Azerbaijan need to target at Iceland that figures 38th with 5.290 points.
