Azerbaijani president decrees to apply law on changes to list of municipalities

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree to apply the law on changes to list of municipalities, which is enclosure to the Law on Municipality Territories and Lands, AzerTaj state news agency reported.

The Cabinet of Ministers is charged to submit proposals to bring current legislation in accordance with the law in two months and submit it to the president.

It was also charged to bring legal acts of the Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers and corresponding executive agencies with the law and report back to Azerbaijani President.
