Azerbaijan to work out Education Code

Law on Education is a framework agreement. About 10 bills designed in this regard will be brought up for parliamentary discussions in autumn, Azerbaijani parliament’s science and education committee chair Shamsaddin Hajiyev said.

He said a single concept must be applied to all educational institutions.

“So, Education Code will be designed after all laws on education are adopted,” he said.

The Law on Education was adopted at the spring session of parliament.
