Azerbaijani public budget allocates 60 million manat for new academic year: minister

The Azerbaijani public budget allocated about 60 million manat for a new academic year, Azerbaijani Education Minister Misir Mardanov said.
"The funds were issued to build new schools and to buy new equipment."

About 50 new schools will be commissioned in the new academic year. Pupils of more than 100 Azerbaijani schools will be trained in physics and chemistry in the new laboratories with modern equipment, Mardanov said.

New academic year will begin on Sept.15 in Azerbaijan.
