Broadcast of French radio in Azerbaijan debated

Chairman of the Azerbaijan National Broadcasting Council Nushiravan Maharramli met with culture and cooperation attaché of French embassy Luc Aubri on Sept. 17.
They discussed Radio France Internationale (RFI) broadcasting in Azerbaijan.

Maharramli said Azerbaijani legislation didn’t allow foreign radio stations on broadcast on national frequencies, but RFI can broadcast in Azerbaijan via cable network .
