According to him, the tendency of admission for Russian-language education at Azerbaijani universities and the number of Azerbaijani students in Russia testify the importance of the Russian language in Azerbaijan.
"Russia needs good relations with Azerbaijan, as well as Azerbaijan with Russia. Thousands of knots have united these countries for many years," said Dorokhin.
