Azerbaijani injured in Russia train blast

There is an Azerbaijani among the injured passengers in the Nevsky Express train traveling from Moscow to Saint Petersbourg, Azerbaijan’s Consul General to St. Petersburg Gudsi Osmanov said.

The Consul General noted that Babayev Novruz Babakishi, 34, is Russian citizen.

Osmanov added that Azerbaijani man got slight injuries in the blast.

Babayev is in hospital located in Vipozovo settlement of Bologoye region of Tver Province.

His health state is critical.

He said there are no Azerbaijani citizens among the killed and injured.

The Consul General underlined that there were no foreign citizens among the casualties.
