Azerbaijani education minister: New education law contains some misunderstandings

“The issues of teachers' age requirement is still under discussion”, said Minister of Education at a press conference on Dec. 29.
The minister said there were some misunderstandings related to the newly-adopted education law.

“We are holding consultations with the government of Azerbaijan and other central organizations. The issue was not solved yet. The law doesn’t determine the retirement age for teachers," the minister added.
