Heydar Aliyev Foundation organizes festivities on World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Day and New Year

These events sum up the Year of the Child declared in Azerbaijan, the Heydar Aliyev Foundation said.

Children from orphanages and boarding schools, families of war victims and internally displaced people, as well as excellent students were invited to the festivities.

Over 2,000 children will participate in three-day events.

The Heydar Aliyev Foundation has provided 35 buses to bring children into the palace Buta.

On the first day of the holiday, representatives of local and foreign children's organizations, including members of the associations of thalassemia, hemophilia, diabetes attended the festivities.

A new CD with children's songs of Azerbaijani composers was presented at the festivity.

This CD contains 16 popular songs of famous Azerbaijani composers performed.
