The OIC Youth Forum Secretary General Elshad Iskandarov believes that the Justice for Khojaly campaign's main political aim is to achieve recognition of the Kojaly tragedy as a crime against humanity on the international level.

A special petition has been prepared on the website of the campaign for this purpose on the eve of the Khojaly tragedy's anniversary and everyone can send a letter about the Khojaly tragedy through it to the government agencies, international organizations and state heads, Iskandarov said at a press conference.

He said 613 balls will be put in the sky with the names of the Khojaly tragedy's victims before Parliament in London on Feb.25.

Events will be held in Amsterdam, Brussels, Vienna, Vilnius, Lithuania, Mexico City, Paris, Moscow, and Los Angeles.

It is planned to put up tents on the central square as a symbol of Azerbaijani refugees.

In London, ship will furrow the Thames waters in memory of the victims of the tragedy during the day.

An event on the tragedy will also take place on campus in Mexico City.

The Justice for Khojaly civil awareness campaign was announced upon the initiative of the Islamic Conference Youth Forum for Dialogue and Cooperation for Intercultural Dialogue (ICYF-DC).
