Azerbaijan to start creating Information Security Centre soon

Creation of the Information Security Centre will depend on formation of information security department in Azerbaijan, Minister of Communications and Information Technologies Ali Abbasov said in a meeting  of the Caspian Integration Business Club.

Presently, there are 3 steps of protection – by  main operator (Delta telecom), further – providers and users.

“The centre will coordinate all their actions. At first, a head centre will be created and then various companies can set up their centres. Work to create the  Centre will be started as soon as   information security department is established,” minister added.
