Azerbaijani Red Crescent Society to assist victims of natural disaster

The society reported about the disaster to the European zone of the Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in Budapest, the Red Crescent Society of Azerbaijan said.

The society is working to provide appropriate humanitarian assistance. A Working Group, headed by Chairman of the Society, Member of the Parliament Novruz Aslanov, will visit Sabirabad, Salyan and Zardab regions May 8.

The purpose of their visit is to assess the level of assistance to victims of disaster.
