Ilham Aliyev off to Moscow for a working visit

On MAy 8th, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev headed to Moscow, on the invitation of Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev, for a working visit to attend celebrative events marking the 65th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the Head of State was seen off by Prime Minister Artur Rasizade, Chief of the Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev and Baku Mayor Hajibala Abutalybov.

Later the same day President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow. At the Vnukovo-2 airport, the Azerbaijani leader was welcomed by Russia`s top state and government officials.
