Azerbaijan attends international conference on topical problems of global research held in Moscow

An international scientific conference themed "Topical problems of global research" was held at M. Lomonosov Moscow State University.
The conference was devoted to the 5th anniversary of MSU Department of global processes. It also featured a meeting to mark the World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development.

The opening ceremony featured rector of Moscow State University Viktor Sadovnichi, leading Russian and foreign experts and public figures, including Federico Mayor, President of the Foundation for a Culture of Peace and Prof. Roland Robertson, one of the world`s pioneers in the study of globalization.

The main objective of the conference was to learn global experience in the area of global research, summarize the intellectual potential of different countries, present proposals on social development and cooperation.

Candidate of Philosophical Sciences, Doctor's decree applicant of Russia's Academy of Sciences' Institute of Philosophy Ariz Gozalov and scientific secretary of ANAS' Institute of Philosophy, Sociology and Law, member of Russian Philosophic Society Kamila Gozalova have made a joint presentation on the impact of globalization on state reforms.
