New branch of Araz river opened in Azerbaijan

A new branch of the Araz River was opened in Azerbaijan on May 31.
Water flow in the branch, which was opened at 15:30, is 100 cubic meters per second, the website of the Ministry for Emergency Situations said.

After the complete determination of the direction of water, water flow will increase up to 300 cubic meters per second.
