The State Service for Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Protection under the Azerbaijani Economic Development Ministry confiscated nearly 6000 pirate DVDs.
The ministry launched checks on the basis of complaints received by the service. The ministry monitored audiovisual equipment in the store, which is located in the Sabail district. Reportedly, the store belonged to a man named Tsenhyu Tseng. Later, the ministry filed a case against Tseng, for unfair competition in the sale of audio-visual technologies, and for violating relevant reguirements.
