A two-day seminar “Copyright and economic significance of creative branches of industry” organized by Azerbaijan`s Copyright Agency (ACA) and World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) ended in Baku.

The reports of the WIPO's program officer for Europe and Asia Saula Tlevlesova on “WIPO`s cooperation in the copyright field in subregional countries”, Chairman of ACA Kamran Imanov on “Strategy of development of creative branch of Azerbaijan” and deputy head of department of ACA Rustam Agayev on “Development on Azerbaijan`s non-oil sector” were heard.
Mr. Imanov said an important work was realized in Azerbaijan to protect intellectual property adding ACA would further continue cooperation with international structures.
