Young Azerbaijani piano player is in the top 5 at the prestigious International Contest

Of the participating 27 people, only 5 reached the finals, and eventually, Godjaeva became one of them. The contest itself is known for its high level of performing participants, and complexity of competitions' conditions.

Godjaeva, who participated in this type of high level contest for the first time, was awarded a Diploma, because all of her opponents were already given such Diplomas  in many other International Competitions.

Godjaeva's program included the most difficult and complex works of Beethoven, Chopin, Prokofiev, and also the new play by a famous Azerbaijani composer Arif Melikov - "Contrasts".
