Azerbaijani grandmaster beats Greek rival in "Negroponte-2010" tournament

Azerbaijani grandmaster Nijat Mammadov has defeated Greek Marina Makropulo in the 8th round of an international Negroponte-2010 tournament in Chalkida, Greece, increasing his points to 5.The tournament brings together 204 players from 29 countries. Turkish Suat Atalik leads the table.
